Yes. Your case study, Summary of Experience, selected pathway and declared competencies will be reviewed before the session. This allows the questioning to be tailored to your own submission and reflect the type of questions you may face during the RICS Final Assessment.

The mock interview lasts approximately 60 minutes and is followed by 30 minutes of structured feedback. This provides enough time to recreate the assessment experience while also discussing your strengths, development areas and preparation priorities.

You will receive detailed verbal feedback following the mock, together with a written action plan. The feedback will cover the quality of your answers, technical knowledge, communication, professional judgement and any areas that require further preparation.

Yes. The mock assessment can be tailored around previous referral feedback, areas of weakness and any changes made to your submission. The session will help you identify remaining gaps, improve the structure of your answers and prepare more confidently for reassessment.
