About Matthew Talliss FRICS

Founder of Talliss Mentorship

Talliss Mentorship was founded by Matthew Talliss FRICS, RICS Surveyor of the Year 2025, Construction Surveyor of the Year 2025 and an experienced RICS APC assessor.

Matthew has supported more than 100 candidates across multiple APC pathways and has over seven years’ experience assessing and preparing candidates for RICS final assessment.

Through Talliss Mentorship, Matthew provides structured APC mock interviews, documentation reviews and personalised chartership mentoring for candidates seeking clear, practical and assessor-led support.
